Upon receipt of the request form, our office will contact you to confirm your case commencement, discuss fees, and request any additional information or documents if necessary.
TO START YOUR CASE FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS:
1. Complete and Fax the Eviction Request Form* (DOWNLOAD FORM HERE)
2. Fax us the Complete Lease Agreement, Rental Application,
3. Fax us any previous Notices sent to Tenant
4. Fax us a copy of Any Personal Checks used by Tenant(s) to pay rent
5. Wait for our office to confirm receipt of the necessary documents.
Upon completion of these steps, we can begin your case and work on regaining possession of your property immediately.
